Turtle Trap
What is that contraption you might wonder. Well it is a turtle trap a bought a couple weeks ago. I figured it would be full of those fat bass tards by now, but no not so lucky. After 2 weeks of not a single turtle caught I called the lady at Dunns Fish Farm and asked her what gives. Turns out you have to leave it alone (not even go anywhere close to it) for at least 3 weeks so "It becomes part of the pond". What kind of tree hugging crap is that. I don't care if it becomes one with the pond or not I just want to keep those pesky critters from eating all my fish food. Simply a matter of economics don't you know?
The white floating stuff is fluff seeds from all the willow trees. I did fish a little bit and hooked 2 really nice bass on my flyrod but lost them both. Papa Sackett would have said "Your not holding you mouth right".
